Part II of our interview with Mandy Farrar of the blog Caratunk Girl is just below. I had to do some editing so among the things you will not get to see or hear is how her dog Porter is a big part of her job. We were sorry to have to leave Porter on the cutting room floor but I mistakenly used my personal account to stream the video in Google+ Hangout instead of the Cook Train Eat Race account and so I can only upload videos that are 15 minutes or shorter. Lesson learned for next interview.
Speaking of which……..do you want to be a part of the next interview? Do you have somebody to nominate? What do you want to learn more about? I may choose to stream a Google+ Hangout live on the blog and take questions as we are filming. How does that sound? Leave all your comments below and we will sift through them and figure out what we want to do going forward and how we are going to make 2013 the most magical year yet.
A huge Thank You to Mandy for subjecting herself to my questions and literally moments after a ride on the trainer. That is superhero stuff right there because I know when I’m done with the trainer a pile of pancakes and a nap are what I want most.

This is great. I love seeing both of you and great information/conversation here. And she didn’t swear! (I’m so proud).

A Google hangout roundtable is a cool idea, you should do that.

Patrick – I am taking your idea and running with it. I put it on the FB page to get people involved and hopefully will be able to do a bi-weekly ‘show’ with endurance athletes, nutritionists, etc.
Appreciate the great idea.
