Dont push your running. Go longer on bike and a lot more BRICKS with no more than 5 mile runs after the bike. Your body will thank you..

Your mind might control a lot but it can’t overcome actual physical damage to your body..

Lastly, is that a Claude Monet in the background??

Definitely not pushing the running. Doing as Coach tells me. Looks like Week #2 has a couple of bricks in them and most of the runs are Aero which for me is about 8:30/mi and 145bpm.

Claude Monet? Haha! I picked that baby up at a garage sale for $25. The sunflower is my favorite flower. Saw them all over Spain on honeymoon #1 and they are all over the place here near where I live as well.

LOVE the video log! I might have to work one into my posts as well. I think it is a great idea. So funny how similar our weeks were! Glad you like the Sufferfest videos. You need to get Hell Hath No Fury, one of my favorites!
