Haven’t earned any medals yet (mostly smaller, local races that don’t do them), but I am hoping to get at least one this next year!

The Kona has more sentimental value than beauty I think. Getting there though I think would make that the most beautiful medal ever earned.

  11. So funny! I totally thought these were all yours at first and I was like “HOLY CRAPOLY!!!” And then I realized that you too are human and they weren’t all yours. ha ha. Man, I was feeling a little lame sauce over here for a minute. :)

  12. I wonder if we could turn our race medals into belt buckles because I so would wear my cool race medals to court. You may think I’m playing but I am dead serious!

I like the Texas “badge” (wonder why) the best and then Mooseman is in second place. I dislike Silicon Valley and Omaha as well because they are just so… bland.

What is up with the distances on Ironman South Africa? 226 miles for real???? Gzzzzzzzz When will you be doing that distance?

That South Africa has to be in KM and not miles.

I will tell you that I have my eye on Leadman 250 in 2013. It is 250km and takes place in Oregon in September.

They are all pretty awesome, but I loved REV3 CR and the DC one that looked like a Penny! :)
