Yesterday I read a post on the Marathon Makeover site asking about getting motivated.  I left a comment on the site regarding how I get motivated but it got me thinking about maintaining that motivation.  Some people can get motivated to do a workout, but how about being motivated to do a series of workouts that last a week, then a month, then a year and have it then become a lifestyle?
