Happy December!  It is amazing how fast 2013 has gone by.  The year seems to be flying and I guess that is a good thing.  I know there are people out there training for Ironman Chattanooga that are worried about the time flying by but do not be.  If you are paying close attention to your training plan and doing what you have to do then you will be more than ready when race day comes.  If you are treating it like a suggestion then you are screwed and I say that in the most caring of ways.
